21,000/- (which has been enclosed by way of Photostat copy of the register maintained by the petitioner).

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities requested the petitioner to submit a formal complaint.

As the police authorities are already in possession of a complaint dated 16.05.2025 which reflects that some payments have been received by the

petitioner, it would be for the police authorities to take a decision whether any cognizable offence is made out and/or any offence relating to breach of any agreement or understanding is made out.

The police authorities would also take steps adhering to the provisions of law and inform the petitioner regarding the outcome of the steps so taken.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19780 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
