1. Supplementary Affidavit filed by the learned advocate for the petitioners is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate for the O.P. did not raise any objection.
3. He refers paragraph no. 6 of the said Supplementary Affidavit wherein he prays for an appropriate order in terms of the compromise filed before the learned Trial Court, the said application is annexed at page nos. 12 and 13 of the Supplementary Affidavit.
He further submits that the learned Trial Court is unable to pass order on the basis of said compromise petition, due to pendency of this revisional application as it appears from the order dated 18th June, 2025 of the learned Trial Court. Therefore, he prays for an order of dismissal of the instant
criminal revisional application with a liberty to place the matter before the learned Trial Court for appropriate order.
4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of by an order of dismissal. There will be no order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Parties are at liberty to pray appropriate relief before the learned Trial Court.
