This writ petition was preferred seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow the petitioner to appear in the selection process initiated by the School Service Commission to fill up the post of Assistant Teacher through 12th Regional Level Selection Test, 2011. Such selection process was initiated in the year 2012. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
