r We have considered the report filed by the Stamp Reporter. The appellant is not represented. The appellant was also not represented on the earlier occasion. In view of the report of the Stamp Reporter that the instant appeal is not maintainable before this Court in view of provisions laid down under Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam, Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000, this appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. We have not gone into the merits of the matter.
