Learned advocate on record Mr. Arijit Pradhan is ill, as intimated by one Advocate to this court, who never appeared in this matter. Learned advocate who was conducting the matter as counsel is not present. It appears from the order dated 25th April, 2022 that the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission filed one report wherefrom it is found that the recommendation letter in favour of the petitioner in classes XI-XII was issued on 14.01.2020 but the panel for such teachers for classes XI-XII expired on 17.12.2019 i.e. before the issuance of the said recommendation letter by the Commission.

The prayer of the petitioner is for an order for joining of the petitioner in the recommended school. Such prayer cannot be accepted as the recommendation letter is a false and fabricated one which would be sent to the appropriate authority when a thorough investigation of the matter may be done. As of now the writ application is dismissed with a direction upon the learned advocate for the School Service Commission to refer this matter before this court, if any such matter is taken in future for appropriate order relating to such false and fabricated recommendation letters.

No costs.
