Dewan ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 114 days. It is also submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. On the leading statement of the petitioner stolen cash was recovered. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials and the nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
