The writ petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of the Beliaghata Police Station. Beliaghata Police has filed a report dated 30.01.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears that in respect of an incident, Beliaghata Police has registered FIR No. 129 dated 14.07.2021 under Sections 324/325/34 of the IPC. Investigation was completed and the Charge Sheet being Beliaghata P.S. Charge Sheet No. 189 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 was filed. Further complaint of the petitioner in respect of the said incident was duly enquired into.

It is submitted that there is peace in the area as of now.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official webside of this Court.
