For the petitioner Mr. Om Narayan Rai Mr. Saikat Roy Chowdhury ... for Indian Bank Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has been paid the total sum including interest minus TDS deducted at 30% along with Cess of 4%. He further submits that he has cause of action with regard to this deduction and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for his relief.

In light of the above, nothing remains in this contempt petitioner and the same is accordingly disposed of.

Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for his relief.
