The mediation was initiated by an order dated March 22, 2023, passed by a Coordinate Bench. In view of the terms of agreement, nothing remains to be decided in the revisional application. The report of the mediation along with original settlement of agreement be sent down by the department to the court of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, before whom the Matrimonial Suit No.1024 of 2017, is pending.

The learned court below is directed to proceed in accordance with law, on the basis of settlement of agreement arrived at by the parties to mediation and pass a decree for dissolution of marriage in accordance with terms and conditions of agreement which are part of the report of the learned Advocate

Mediator, by ensuring compliance of the same by the respective parties.

The revisional application is thus disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
