It appears that the petitioner's bank account has been frozen in pursuance of a police case being Chandrasekharpur PS Case No. 483 dated 09.10.2023 under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to pray for release of the bank account before the concerned Court where the criminal case is pending.
