The learned advocate representing the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as it has been submitted that the petitioner was employed with the National Institute of Homoeopathy, an Autonomous Institute, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India and the cause of action pleaded in the writ petition will be amenable before the Central Administrative Tribunal. In view of the aforesaid submission, WPA 21211 of 2017 along with all connected applications stand dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
Leave granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for relief, is so advised.
