1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner is the father-in-law.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the daughter of the de facto complainant died within eleven months of marriage and the involvement of the petitioner transpired from the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure including the relatives of the victim, the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the neighbours and the post mortem report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
