1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner raised a billing dispute against the CESC Limited, which was referred by way of a representation before the concerned Grievance Redressal Officer, that is, the respondent no. 3. However, since the same is pending for some time, the petitioner seeks an early disposal of the same.

2. In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer, no affidavits are directed.

3. W.P.A. No. 19755 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3, the Grievance Redressal Officer, CESC Limited, Howrah Regional Office, to decide the petitioner's representation regarding billing dispute, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, positively within six

weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no. 3.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
