Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of decree in T.S. No. 235 of 2016 being executed and the bailiff handing over possession to the present petitioner, there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents and also in spite of informing the same to the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings being PR No. 1517 dated 25.07.2025. Police authorities have also cross-checked regarding the issue of disturbance. However, the respondent no.7 herein denied, according to the police, regarding the issue of the suit property.

Be that as it may, police authorities would oversee that there is no violation of law and order as the petitioner claims that there is a strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19578 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
