The petitioner is seeking transfer on spouse medical ground. It appears that the Chief Medical Officer of Health conducted a medical examination but did not find any reason to opine in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner made further application in July, 2022 and the same appears to be kept pending before the head of the institution.

As it appears that a considerable period of time has elapsed from the date of making the application, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file afresh application offline seeking

transfer in the prescribed format disclosing ground for the same.

In the event such an application is made, the same shall be considered by the school authority in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of making the application.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.

6.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal shall not stand in the way of the respondents in taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
