1. Despite service of notice, the private respondents are not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. Counsel for the police submits that the petitioner is living with her daughter since 2019.

3. Basanti Police Station shall render all and every assistance to the petitioner to return to her residence, if so approached.

4. The allegations in the petitioner's complaint dated 19th August, 2019 as regards forgery of a Deed, shall be registered as an FIR and investigated by Basanti Police Station. Sufficient warnings shall be issued to the private respondents against disturbing the petitioner afresh by Basanti Police Station. In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner, coercive measures shall be taken against the private respondents.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
