The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authority for issuance of the certificate and mark-sheet of two year D.El.ED Course (ODL Mode) for in-service teachers.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that he appeared in the examination and have passed the same.

The learned advocate representing the District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur submits, upon instruction, that the certificate is lying in the office of the District Primary School Council, Dakshin

Dinajpur and the same will be handed over to the petitioner or his authorised representative as and when he visits the office of the Council.

In view of such submission, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner or his authorized representative to visit the office of the Council along with all necessary documents in support of his claim for grant of the aforesaid certificate in his favour.

If the petitioner or his authorized representative visits the office of the Council, then necessary step shall be taken for issuance of the certificate and the mark-sheet in favour of the petitioner subject of compliance of all necessary formalities.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
