The learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.4 that is Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Pipelines Division, Eastern Region submits that the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have entered into a settlement.

A copy of the Terms of Settlement has been filed in Court.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not have any instruction in the matter.

It appears from the Terms of Settlement that the same was signed by the Director on 17th October, 2020. The Chief Construction Manager of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. also signed the said Terms of Settlement.

In view of the above submissions, W.P.A. 19042 of 2018 stands dismissed.

Terms of Settlement filed in Court today is taken on record.
