Report filed by the AHTU, CID, West Bengal reflects that they have been able to trace out the whereabouts of the missing girl/lady and there are substantial materials available with them. The mother of the petitioner is also well aware regarding her whereabouts. Notices have been sent to the Assistant Director, National Central Bureau (Interpol), New Delhi, Central Bureau of Investigation.

Steps are being taken by the Investigating Officer, AHTU, CID, West Bengal. Since the case reference is with regard to the Pursurah Police Station case No. 66 of 2024 dated 09.03.2024, I direct the Investigating Officer to submit a progress report once in a month before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the criminal case till finality is attained in respect of the criminal case which they are investigating. With the aforesaid observations, WPA No. 20440 of 2024 stands disposed of.
