The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Uttar Dalkhola High School, Karandighi, District - Uttar Dinajpur, she is praying general transfer on the grounds that she is suffering from gynecological problems as such it is inconvenient for her to travel 47 kilometres from her residence to attend the said school.

The grounds are not convincing to allow the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer.

W.P.A. 19772 of 2023 is therefore dismissed, there shall however be no order as to costs.
