In re: WPA 19775 of 2023 The petitioner/Metro Railway in WPA 19775 of 2023 has assailed the order passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Metro Railway, Kolkata on 17th March, 2023 in Acquisition Claim Appeal no.12 of 2022.

It is not in dispute that the said order has been complied with by the authority and the enhanced amount disbursed in favour of the claimant/respondent herein. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 19775 of 2023 has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

The writ petition be detagged from WPA 18143 of 2023.

In re: WPA 18143 of 2023 The respondents in WPA 18143 of 2023 seek to use affidavit-in-opposition to deal with the averments made by the petitioner in the writ petition.

Affidavit-in-opposition be filed within 3 weeks from date. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
