1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties including the learned Counsel representing the de facto complainant.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. of the injured and the injury report wherefrom it appears that no external injury was detected, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Ajijul Mondal @ Arjul Mondal, Sadikul Mondal @ Sadiful Mondal and Nasir Mondal @ Nasirali Mondal @ Nasir Ali Mandal, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code Signed By :

of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and the petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a fortnight till the submission of the final report.

4. It is further directed that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehatta, Nadia in connection with Murutia Police Station Case No.190 of 2024 within two weeks from date.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
