The petitioner approached this court as he was being disturbed from cultivating his land peacefully and to that effect information was submitted to the Officer-in-Charge of the Memari Police Station but the same did not yield any result till date.

Having considered that the subject matter of the writ petition relates to a land dispute, I am of the view that if the Police Authorities have restrained themselves, the same is in consonance with law.

Learned Advocate for the private respondent is present and denies the accusations.

Mr. Ahmed, learned Advocate appears for the State. Having considered that the issue relates to cultivation of land, the police authorities would only restrict themselves relating to law and order in case there is crisis of any law and order, they would ensure that the same is not blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No. 20447 of 2024 stands disposed of.
