The petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation into FIR No. 111 of 2022 registered by the South Port Police Station against the private respondents and others.

It is, therefore, ordered that the investigation of the subject FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from date, if not already so done.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
