Petitioner has approached this Court complaining of inaction by the police authorities. Attention has been drawn by the learned advocate appearing for the State to the earlier directions by this Court in WPA 12820 of 2023. There was a specific direction which granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under section 175(3) of the BNSS.

Pursuant to such direction, petitioner approached the learned Magistrate on or about 20.12.2024 and consequently, the report reflects that Frezerganj Coastal PS Case No. 51/25 dated 03.04.2025 has been registered for investigation and charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with the said case. Police report also reflects that earlier Frezerganj Coastal NCR No. 71/23 was drawn by the

police authorities. There is a long standing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Since the criminal case has already been registered on the self-same subject matter, again petitioner has approached before this Court, petitioner would ventilate the grievance before the Court having jurisdiction, presently pending before the learned ACJM, Kakdwip or any Court which is in seisin of Frezerganj Coastal PS Case No. 51/25, no interference is called for by this Court at this stage. With the aforesaid observations WPA 19804 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
