Petitioner complains that petitioner is being obstructed from free egress and ingress at his residence at the behest of the private respondents. From the information furnished to the police authorities it is reflected that the private respondents had been creating obstruction by way of deposing garbage, wood and dry leaves.

State has submitted a report which reflects the proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS have been drawn up and a vigil has been kept by the police authorities.

Prima facie, it reflects that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent over the usage of a path in the Government land. In view of the nature of the dispute complained of, police authorities have hardly

any role to interfere considering the dispute is private and personal in nature. However, police authorities would oversee that the petitioner's access to his residence is not obstructed at the behest of any individual.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19800 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
