In view of the order passed in W.P.A. No. 20872 of 2021, this writ petition must also fail and is hereby dismissed since the grievances of the petitioners are in respect of the selfsame Clause of the NIT. The petitioners herein have not even participated in the aforesaid tender process.

There will be no order as to costs.
