Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the materials were being transported since the petitioner sold the same to one legal entity.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigating police learnt that such legal entity did not buy such materials. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner is the habitual offender. There are past criminal antecedents of similar nature as against the petitioner.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4261 of 2022 is rejected.
