The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sagardighi Police Station Case No.301 of 2021 dated 10th August, 2021 under Sections 448/325/307/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R.Case No.1465 of 2021. Indisputably anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court. Now warrant of arrest has been issued against the accused by the Trial Court. The learned Advocate has prayed for stay of execution of warrant of arrest to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court. Since anticipatory bail of the accused was refused by this Court, I am not in a position to pass any order of execution of warrant of arrest. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, I do not find any reason to entertain the instant revision and the same is summarily rejected.
