07. 02 . 2022 WPA 18436 of 2019 Biplab Kumar Das Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Ors.

BP Sl.41 Court No. 17.

Mr. Susanta Pal ... for the State On the last occasion, Learned advocate for the State submitted that twenty years benefit in respect of the petitioner's salary has already been granted. On that day, nobody appeared for the petitioner.

Today also no one appears for the petitioner and the same submissions have been made on behalf of the State.

Upon hearing the State, I accept the submissions that twenty years benefit have already been paid and the concerned school has communicated to the District Inspector of Schools some documents in respect of such payment. The said two documents are kept on record. Perhaps, the reasons for non-appearance of the learned advocate for the petitioner on two consecutive days may be as his client has got the relief in the

meantime.

Hence, this writ application is dismissed.
