1. Review is sought of the order dated 14.06.2023 on the ground that there were civil proceedings already pending between the private respondent and the writ petitioner.

2. It appears from the order that the review applicant was not represented on the said day.

3. Be that as it may, civil rights in respect of property cannot be effected by a temporary direction on the police. The order dated 14.06.2023 shall abide by any order that may be passed by the civil court in the pending civil proceedings being T. S. No. 200 of 2011 before the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Paschim Medinipur.

4. The police shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the civil court.

5. CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
