In this respect this court passed an order on 26th February, 2019 in WP No. 24050(W) of 2017. But it is admitted position today that this order was not communicated by the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools.

However, on 25th November, 2021 the petitioner filed one representation to the District Inspector of Schools.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools to call a meeting of the petitioner and the school within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order and consider the contention of the petitioner as has been raised in the writ application, including the representation dated 25th November, 2021 as also the order passed by this court on 26th February, 2019 in the above matter.

The District Inspector of Schools shall also pass one reasoned order by two weeks after the three-month period from the date of communication of this order. With this direction, the writ application is disposed of.
