1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 47 of 2014 pending before the Court of learned 1st Additional District Judge, Alipore.
2. The Matrimonial Suit is pending since 2014 i.e all most for 10 years.
3. Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my opinion, service of notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is dispensed with.
4. Accordingly, learned 1st Additional District Judge, Alipore is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 47 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible after disposal of inter locutory application, without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties save and except in extreme urgency.
5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Alipore.
6. With this observation, the revisional application
stands disposed of.
7. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
