1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner and also having regard to the injury, which is grievous in nature, as revealed from the medical examination report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
