Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in CR Case No. 265 of 2022 submits that there is every possibility of the petitioner returning the amount of the cheque as he did not have any intention to deprive the complainant. It has also been pointed out that the next date is fixed on 30th September, 2023. In case, the petitioner pays 30% of the amount of the cheque on or before 30th September, 2023, the learned trial court would defer the examination under Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for a period of two months and allow the petitioner to pay another 30% of the amount of the cheque within the said date. The learned trial court would thereafter see to that at a regular interval of time the whole of the amount of the cheque is diluted.

With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 3075 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
