Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that in terms of the order dated November 21, 2025, the Board has considered the report of the Expert Committee. The Committee has opined that there is no error either in the answer keys or in any questions of TET- 2022, therefore, the candidates of the said Test are not entitled to any additional marks.

In view of such findings of the Expert Committee in the report, the challenge of the petitioners that there were mistakes in the answer keys and questions of TET 2022 fails.

It is however made clear that notwithstanding this order, it is open to the unsuccessful candidates of TET 2022 to challenge the veracity of the said report of the Expert Committee, if they are so advised.

Writ petition is thus disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
