I find that the petitioner was aggrieved in respect of in action of the authorities which was complained of by way of GDE No. 1640 of 2015 on 29.06.2015.

Having considered that more than nine years have passed, I am of the view that there has been change of circumstances, as such, no interference is called for from this court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18696 of 2015 is Dismissed.
