In view of the report of the Command Hospital dated 26th September, 2023, the petitioner is hereby declared "medically fit" to the post of Constable (GD) for the recruitment process of Central Armed Police Forces (in short, CAPFs) for the year 2022.

The petitioner shall be liable for compliance any further requirements under the said Rules.

It is ordered that the recruitment process of the petitioner shall be completed within one month from date. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition, being WPA 19796 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
