Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not challenging the order passed by the Learned Trial Court on merits but he is praying for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case being No. 1391 of 2020 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore.

In view of such facts, this application stands disposed of with a request upon the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore to dispose of the Complaint Case being No. 1391 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the next

date.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
