Part demolition of the unauthorised construction has been made but other portions of the unauthorised construction still exist at the site.

The instant writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned officer of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to take steps to deal with the unauthorized construction in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
