R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital has submitted a report holding that the Bilirubin level of the petitioner is unproportionate due to Gilbert's Syndrome. The said report is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, the case of the writ petitioner is referred back to the respondent authorities for reconsideration of the petitioner's medical fitness. The reconsideration of the petitioner's medical condition be completed as expeditiously as possible. If the petitioner is found medically fit and subject to compliance of any further process of recruitment of the petitioner, the same will be completed within one month from date. 3.

The respondent authorities while reconsidering the petitioner's case may consider the views of the R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital dated 21st December, 2023. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition, being WPA 19799 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
