1. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner regarding renewal of the Society was considered by the respondent no. 3 in the hearing scheduled on 8th December, 2021.

2. After the hearing was conducted on 8th December, 2021, the matter has not been conclusively decided or finally disposed of.

3. Prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 3 being the Joint Registrar-cumDevelopment & Planning Officer, Firm Societies & NonTrading Corporation to dispose of the prayer of the petitioner.

There is nothing on record to suggest that prayer of the petitioner stood finally disposed of. 5.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to decide and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner regarding renewal of the Society, if not done in the meantime, in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary

parties, at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to forward all relevant documents in support of his prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
