Counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that his client does not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition any further. He seeks liberty to apply under a Circular issued by the Punjab National Bank dated 16.04.2024.

The petitioner may make such application if he is eligible to be considered under the said Circular dated 16.04.2024.

The Punjab National Bank may process the same in accordance with law.

A copy of the Bank's report obtained from the learned counsel for the petitioner along with exception filed thereon are taken on record.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 6.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
