In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of granting the leave to settle the dispute involved in this writ petition before the appropriate settlement forum and considering such prayer this writ petition being WPA 19807 of 2023 is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file appropriate application for settlement of dispute in question before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

This relief has been granted to the petitioner due to non-availability of any alternative forum for redressal of the grievance since the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner filed before the appellate authority could not be taken up due to the technical difficulty of the learned Tribunal.
