We have been informed that the victim, namely, Ganesh Halder, has already been recovered and he is presently residing with his father at Soudkhali Char, Jalpai, Police Station - Nandigram, District - Purba Medinipur. Let the report, as submitted, be kept on record.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
