The learned advocate on record representing the petitioners submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition. That is why, the petitioner would not like to press this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh application on the self same grounds. On her prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing an appropriate application on the self same grounds.
