The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, this matter has been filed in this Court instead of before the Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal and therefore, he wants to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 2259 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is given to the petitioners to take back the certified copy of the orders of the Court below upon annexing xerox copy of the same.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
