The Howrah Municipal Corporation has filed a communication dated September 7, 2024, by which the petitioner was informed that the 'As Made Plan' could not be allowed and the unauthorised construction could not be regularized, as the authority had already decided to demolish the unauthorized portion of the petitioner's construction. The said communication is taken on record. Thus, this court does not entertain the contempt application any further. If the petitioner is aggrieved by such communication, the remedy of the petitioner is before the appropriate court, in accordance with law. Hence, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of.
