Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is being investigated for forgery. There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner is involved in the raising of forged bills.

The police case is of June 10, 2021.

There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner also. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4279 of 2022 is dismissed.
