Records reveal that the petitioner appeared before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation charge has also been filed and the petitioner has also complied with the other conditions incorporated in the concerned order. In view thereof, the condition incorporated in the order dated 20th December, 2019 to the effect that "he shall meet the investigating officer once in a month until further orders", is waived.
